Hola Familia-
The Sibling reunion is just around the corner, (Oct 22-24) and so we thought we should pass along some details. Here's how it looks. Arrive on Oct 22. We can check in to the AirBnB after 5pm. (We'll see if we can move that up) Just comment your plans of arrival for the 22nd so we can better coordinate and make the best plans for dinner that evening. I think I'll bullet it from here as its much easier to get the jist of what's going on.
Oct 22-arrive, check in at 5pm- games and food that night
Oct 23- hike planned in Red Rocks for morning activity, free time in the afternoon, breakout into smaller groups for other activities or stay at the AirBnB, nap or swim. Dinner or takeout together that evening and a bday celebration of sorts.
Oct 24- morning or afternoon activity together (depends when we can schedule it) free time other parts of the day to do activities as listed above. Dinner together or smaller groups if necessary. Games/family time that evening
Oct 25-Check out at 10 am. We may want to do some of the cleaning if needed on Saturday so check out Sunday morning is a breeze.
We are excited to see everyone and spend this time together to get to know each other better. We also wanted to have a little flexibility in our structure as some places are still opening up due to Covid and some restaurants may not allow such a large party. Also, if Covid is a worry for you, especially with small children, we want to implement cleanliness practices and have those that come be healthy. Please reach out to me or Jared if there is anyway we can help you feel more comfortable in joining us this reunion.
