Fish Story

Dad, James and Grandpa enjoyed fishing at Salt River a couple of weeks ago.

It was a beautifully sunny Saturday and they all got more color on their faces.

Dad was so impressed with their catch, he actually used his phone, first time, to take photos!

Esther still adjusting to her wisdom tooth recovery, trying to enjoy the fish.

One meal I tried just baking the fish with some dill and seasoning salt, a little olive oil.  A lighter fare than the traditional fried version we usually have.
And as a postscript for previous posts, there were a few more than just about the concert, FYI :)
