I like all of these books and authors that are listed. I don't know how to add to this page without doing an edit - so maybe there's a different way someone could show me?
I just wanted to share my experience of meeting a children's author who lives right here in Bedford. The Szymanskis just moved from Afton. The mother, Aften (with an "e") is the author. She has a series, Lindly Brandt, and a picture book, entitled "O. Potamus". I just met her last week, but I hope to be able to learn more from her about the process of writing and publishing. In the meantime I am continuing to work on "The Busy Beasleys" a story of a family with four girls in a row and then four boys in a row with a little sister at the end. Eventually another brother will also be born. I do take creative license with all of your lives and your children's lives - often recording cute things the say or do as material for my book(s).
