This week we had a nice lunch for physical facilities. We ate J-Dawgs, and it was a fun time. I got to go out on the field and also I went up to the booths. It was sweet!
It was snowing and I went for a run. I was wearing a sweatshirt and I thought it was super funny that I was wet only in some places from the snow. My whole back was dry. Why run in the snow, ya crazy? So it was cooling off that day, and I thought it would be fun to run in a cool breeze, but by the time I got set to go, it was snowing big flakes. I went anyway... My face was cold and then my legs were cold. It was fun and weird all at the same time.
During a night out on the town I got some cool socks for free... I am suuuper excited. They are nice!

ReplyDeleteHer name is Ashley. She is a girl from the ward. I asked her the day of the event, so I didn't put her name down when I bought the tickets earlier. I had just put "Guest S." for the name of the second ticket I bought. Well it was a really fancy event. They had name tags there for us, and the people who were handing out name tags got a kick out of "Guest S.". They said it sounded like a James Bond character. haha. Dinner was nice. They had steak and salmon and mashed potatoes. They started with a salad and bread and then they finished with a cheesecake. :) It was worth the five dollar ticket price.

ReplyDeleteThat was what my roommate said. They are nice and thick and they have the stretchy bands in the middle of the foot. They also don't cut off circulation at the top. The elastic on your leg is spread throughout the sock and it gives and even feel to the leg part. haha.
